Transforming professional learning - powered by expertise, driven by innovation

History of JFI Radio

I am Józefa Fawcett, an internationally recognised corporate trainer, pracademic, and advocate for future-ready professionals. With a career spanning global consultancy, higher education, and independent research, I bring to every broadcast a depth and breadth of practice, and the practical wisdom I have gathered along the way.

JFI Radio LiVE is one of the longest continuously-running independent professional development podcasts in the UK, broadcasting since April 2015.

Expertise shapes every element of JFI Radio

Thought Leadership

Experience with European Commission projects and global consultancy work, I deliver informed perspectives on the trends and innovations reshaping our professional landscape.

Practical Learning

As a pioneer in CPD-accredited programme design, I make complex concepts into accessible, actionable insights that professionals at all career stages can apply immediately.

Knowledge Transfer

Leveraging extensive work with organisations across Europe, I excel at capturing valuable conversations and transforming them into lasting resources that extend beyond the moment.

Built on a decade of genuine curiosity

JFI Radio exists because the conversations that matter most in professional development aren’t always the loudest ones. I started podcasting in 2015 because I wanted a space for depth, rigour and honesty about what it actually takes to develop capability in a world that won’t stop changing.

I work at the intersection of consulting, academic lecturing and excellence assessment. My research connects theory with real practice, assesses learning gaps and informs strategy. Right now that means the quantum era, human capability and technological transition.

JFI Radio is where that thinking lives, in conversation with professionals who’d rather understand what’s coming than just react to it.

Whether you’re early in your career or leading organisations through change, you’re welcome here.
